Amber Schwartz is Director of Donor Relations at the Maryland Public Policy Institute. She has previously worked as an administrator in both the legal and public-policy worlds. She was most recently an executive assistant to the Vice President of Foreign and Defense Policy Studies at the Heritage Foundation. She holds a B.S. in Government and Administration of Justice from Liberty University in Virginia.
