Tori Gorman

Tori Gorman is a visiting fellow at the Maryland Public Policy Institute and public policy analyst and former economist for the Maryland General Assembly. In addition to her work at the state level, Ms. Gorman advised members of the U.S. Congress as a budget analyst for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Budget and currently is a policy analyst for The Concord Coalition, a nonpartisan grassroots organization dedicated to generationally responsible fiscal policy. She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of California-Santa Cruz.
