How much should Baltimore City cut its property taxes?

ROCKVILLE, MD (September 2, 2015) — The Maryland Public Policy Institute and partners will host a nonpartisan debate on the issue of cutting the Baltimore City property tax on September 24..  Moderated by Andrew Green, editorial page editor of The Baltimore Sun, the debate will examine how much the city needs to cut its tax rate to be competitive, how to achieve the cuts, and where they should be targeted.
